Returns
Returns are not accepted at this time. Please email jennie@jennierutz.com within 5 days to arrange an exchange. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and items must be received in original condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please email jennie@jennierutz.com within 48 hours of arrival with photos of the item in order to arrange a replacement.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating product and information on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.
