Yes, I now offer $25 flat rate shipping for prints & apparel to international addresses!
Sending larger items is more complicated and expensive but possible! Please email jennie@jennierutz.com with details of the items you'd like to order and your mailing address. If you accept the quote I will email you an invoice for an online payment and send off your items once payment is received.
How long does shipping and delivery take?
Your order will be prepared and shipped within 3 days if the item is in stock. If the item isn't in stock it can take up to 2 weeks to prepare and send. Domestic deliveries take within 2-3 business days on average. You can expect your domestic order to arrive within 3-15 business days in total. International deliveries can take 2 weeks or longer.

What's your return policy?
Returns are not accepted at this time but exchanges can be requested within 5 days of arrival by emailing jennie@jennierutz.com
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged please send photos to jennie@jennierutz.com within 48 hours to make arrangements for a replacement.
